If you are late for your appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate you, however we encourage you to arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you will be ready to begin on time.

Unfortunately Children are not permitted to attend your appointment with you.

For your safety and insurance purposes, No children are allowed to be present during the service.

We do not have the facilities for childcare and cannot assure their safety in this professional environment with tools, chemicals and heated connectors.

We take your privacy seriously. any information taken at consultation will not be shared and is for our use ONLY.

PLEASE NOTE

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

You will enter this agreement at your own risk and understand that Kimberley Lees is excluded from all liability (if due to not following Aftercare Instructions) to the fullest extent of the law.

You will agree to tell Kimberley Lees at the time of the fitting if you are unhappy with anything to enable her to rectify it. If you do not discover until after that day that you are unhappy with the fitting, you must allow Kimberley the opportunity to rectify it, in this case you must agree not to remove them until Kimberley has physically seen the hair (photographs are not acceptable).

You must understand that if you do not follow the above you are not entitled to any refund as you are paying for a service, and the product falls under strict hygiene regulations. You must understand that you cannot seek a refund if you feel Hair Extensions are ‘just not for me' after wearing them for any length of time.

You must understand that you are not entitled to the Supplied Hair Extensions if you fail to attend a fitting service with Kimberley Lees at Rebellion Hair Extensions as this will violate the business privacy laws.
